1. Limitation of Liability
Upon delivery or placement of medication at the designated delivery location, Visalia Pharmacy shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, theft, tampering, or unauthorized access or use by any individual or party.

2. Patient Responsibility
All medications must be retrieved immediately upon contactless delivery. The patient assumes full responsibility for timely collection.

3. Perishable and Temperature-Sensitive Items
All medications, including those not requiring refrigeration, may be adversely affected by environmental conditions.

• For refrigerated medications, an insulated delivery bag may be provided free of charge; however, such medications may deteriorate or spoil if not retrieved promptly.

• Medications that do not require refrigeration may become ineffective or unsafe if exposed to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or other adverse conditions.

The patient bears full responsibility for timely retrieval and proper handling of all medications to prevent loss, spoilage, or reduced efficacy.

4. Acknowledgment of Risk
By accepting delivery, the patient acknowledges and agrees that any damage, loss, spoilage, or unauthorized use occurring after delivery is the sole responsibility of the patient.

5. Controlled Medications and Unpaid Orders
Controlled substances and any unpaid orders require in-person signature at the time of delivery and cannot be left unattended.
